Carter Construction Services is a multi-faceted commercial construction company in Champaign Illinois, specializing in metal studs, drywall, acoustical tile ceilings, painting, exterior insulation finish systems, carpentry packages, and flooring.

Carter Construction Services was founded in 1962 as a successful flooring contractor (Arrow Tile Company), and incorporated in 1974 as Carter Tile Company. In 1978 the corporation branched out into complete interior and exterior finish systems. Since that time it has grown into one of the largest Central Illinois contracting companies, doing an annual volume of $16-25 million, and employing as many as three hundred Union Tradespeople comprising carpenters, painters, plasterers, tapers, tilesetters, and laborers. In 2000 CCSI branched out into General Contracting, but it's mainstay is still the interior finishes industry.
